We collect limited information necessary to provide, improve, and secure our services.

When you use the Application, the following data may be collected automatically:

• Device model and operating system version
• App usage statistics and screens visited

• Crash logs and diagnostic data for performance improvement

To access certain features, you may voluntarily provide:

• Email address (business or personal contact)
• Business or store name
• Product catalog and inventory data
• Transaction and sales records
• Backup or export files generated within the app

The Application may request device permissions (such as Storage/Photos or Camera) strictly to enable core features like scanning barcodes, adding product images, or saving local backups. You can manage or revoke these permissions via your device settings at any time.

The Application does not collect precise real-time GPS or location data from your device.

InvexPro does not employ Artificial Intelligence technologies to process, analyse, or infer personal user data.

If you choose to upgrade to a premium plan or make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment gateways (such as Google Play Billing). We do not collect, process, or store your raw financial information (such as credit card numbers). We may only maintain a record of your purchase history and subscription status to grant access to premium features.

Data collected is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Application
• To deliver inventory and stock management features
• To send important updates, notices, or service communications
• To respond to user support requests promptly
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud or unauthorised activity
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

The Application integrates trusted third-party service providers to enhance performance and reliability. These providers may collect limited technical information under their own privacy policies.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers for more information on their data practices:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

We do not share, sell, or rent personal data for independent marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

• To comply with legal obligations such as court orders or governmental requests
• To protect the legal rights or safety of the Service Provider or users
• To prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
• To trusted service providers assisting app operations, bound by confidentiality agreements

• User data is retained for as long as the account remains active
• Backup files are retained until deleted by the user
• Analytical data is retained for ongoing service improvement

In compliance with Google Play's Data Deletion Policy, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data and account information. Upon receiving a valid request, we will permanently delete your data from our active databases.

To request the deletion of your data, please contact us directly at growwithghost980@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm the receipt and act upon your data deletion request within 7-14 business days.

We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect your information:

• Encrypted communication via HTTPS
• Secure cloud infrastructure with restricted access controls
• Regular security monitoring and vulnerability assessments

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no electronic system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. We encourage users to take precautions on their end as well.

InvexPro provides the following data management capabilities:

• Export stock and inventory data to local storage
• Import previously created backup files
• Maintain backup history when the feature is enabled

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding exported files stored outside the Application.

The Application is not directed at or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.

You may stop all data collection at any time by:

• Uninstalling the Application via your device or app marketplace
• Disabling analytics within app settings (where supported)

Standard uninstall procedures available on your device will cease all data collection by the Application.

If you access InvexPro from outside your home country, your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located in other jurisdictions. Data protection standards in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country. By using the Application, you consent to this transfer.

We reserve the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be:

• Posted within the Application with a revised effective date
• Communicated via in-app notifications where applicable

Your continued use of the Application following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

By downloading, installing, or using InvexPro, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
